School Education program
Research shows that the Australian community believe it's important for children to understand where their food comes from. It's also shown that children who understand how their food is produced are more likely to know the nutrients and benefits of eating healthy and fresh produce.
The Australian Good Meat schools program aims to create this understanding by building knowledge of teachers' and students' red meat and livestock industry.
We do this through:
- Curriculum-aligned teaching resources
- Attending Royal Agricultural Society education programs
- Partnering with the Primary Industry Education Foundation of Australia
